Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we have worldwide shipping! But please be aware that you may be required to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on where you are ordering from. Check with your local customs office if you have any further questions. We are not responsible for any customs fees.

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). But, if you place an order during a major launch, restock or holiday, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. I will do my best to be timely. 

How can I track my order?

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will be notified and given a tracking number if one was provided, but please allow a few days for the tracking information to update. Not all orders will have tracking numbers. 

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. If there is something wrong with your order or you need to cancel before shipment please reach out to meg@ethnographyofus.com and I will do my best to accommodate. 

 What’s your return & exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time due to limited inventory. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email meg@ethnographyofus.com within 10 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
